Amazon seller central. The biggest joke out there

Hi, from selling to buying on Amazon, I have done it all. Amazon has changed around 12 years ago from being seller and buyer friendly with customer service.

Now that Amazon has made it in the business, they care less about us and more about their bottom line. While stealing from the people that made Amazon what it is today (the sellers), just to make more of a profit, if $716.92 billion a year is not enough with a representing 12.38% increase year-over-year. But yet they still cannot bring back seller help because Amazon knows they would be bombarded with calls from sellers asking why Amazon just gives buyers their money back for no reason except for that they changed their mind on the order and want to return it for free and expect the seller to pay for the shipping to the customer and shipping back while Amazon refunds the full order price back to the buyer and screws the seller out of hundreds of dollars of shipping costs only because the buyer changes their mind. And then Amazon makes the seller jump through hoops for weeks via emails that do not get answered to try to prove the refund was not correct even when the buyer clearly marked the return reason as not needed any longer or bought by mistake.

This has nothing to do with the seller or the item that was shipped.

If Amazon wants to give free money away to the buyers for any reason, then Amazon needs to cover these costs and stop ripping off the people that made you what you are today!!! Get some morals, Amazon!!!

NOW that Amazon has made it in the business they care less about us and more about THEIR bottom line. If Amazon wast to give free money away to the buyers for any reason then Amazon need to cover these costs and stop RIPPING OFF the people that make you what you are today!!! Get some morels Amazon!!!
